We recently had our service changed to include the X1 DVR. Since that was completed my Home Run HD Tuner no longer gets HBO, Showtime, Starz, or Cinnemax. It was working fine prior to the upgrade. I have contacted tech support numerous times and even had a tech visit the house. My most recent call was to 877-761-5015 which I was told was specific for cable card issues. The tech there was very helpful but couldn't solve the issue. She transferred me to billing saying it was a problem on their end. The lady at billing said she updated the codes for the cable card and sent a refresh. Said all should be working in 15 minutes. After two hours its still not functioning and I'm lost on where to go from here.
