I am looking to get new service (just moved ) and would like to signup for the Internet Plus package. I have a Tivo so would need a cable card only. I tried ordering online and the only option is to have a DTA shipped to me. So I called in and the rep was like I would have to order with the DTA, return it and then have a cable card shipped to me. So has anyone ever ordered this package with a cablecard and no DTA? Has anyone been able to receive the HBO channels in HD on the Tivo?
and finally, is there anything preventing me from ordering an add on like Red Zone on this package?

I saw another poster on here who was trying to get HBO enabled on the Tivo, but there was never a resolution.
