[X1-X2] What to expect from X1 in NOVA (Loudoun County, VA)?

Hi all... About a month or so ago I considered switching over from DIRECTV to Comcast's X1 platform but hesitated to pull the trigger after speaking with one of the local installers. He told me that there were issues with having more than one DVR installed on the same account - such as the DVRs not being able to communicate with each other, sometimes losing recordings, and a few other things. After reading some posts in the forums, I've discovered that it looks like some of the items mentioned above are not accurate today. For instance, it sounds like it is now feasible to have up to 3 X1 DVRs in the home, and have them talking to each other and sharing recorded programs for playback on each device. I'm getting ready to consider pulling the trigger (again) and going through with a move to Comcast from DIRECTV, but I need to know that I won't lose a number of key capabilities I already have with my networked DIRECTV DVRs. I'm hoping that some here will be able to help answer the following questions specifically for the Northern Virginia / Loudoun County market. Having this knowledge will go a long way in helping me to determine whether or not Comcast is a good fit for my needs. 1. My understanding from other threads is that I will be able to order and receive up to 3 X1 DVRs for my home. Is this true? 2. If I can order multiple X1 DVRs for my home, will they be able to "talk" to each other? Specifically I'd like to know if I'll be able to view recordings that are stored on one DVR in my home on the other DVRs that will be installed there in other rooms. (I was told that Comcast's AnyRoom technology only applied to watching recordings from one DVR in the home to other non-DVR "receiver" boxes, and that any other X1 DVRs in the home would not be able to connect and view recordings - but this does not appear to be the case now.) 3. I understand that the capacity of each X1 DVR is only 500GB. Is this true? 4. Does anyone know if the cloud features of X1 have been activated for the Loudoun County market yet? I'm assuming that activating the cloud features of each DVR would help alleviate any concerns over capacity issues. The two main things that kept me from moving over to Comcast from DIRECTV were viewing recordings between DVRs and concerns over total storage capacity in the home for recordings. If these have been handled adequately, then it looks like I have a phone call to make for an installation appointment. -- A sane approach to our federal budget: NO tax increases / 15% cuts across-the-board / defunding of all ObamaCare-enacted programs.
