I'm having problems with the companion boxes. One gets tuning errors (bounces back to the previous channel watched while watching live TV) and now the other one is randomly resetting.
I have a truck roll later today but what should I have the tech look for.
Main DVR works fine other than we had an outage overnight. (9-16-2014).
