[X1-X2] Enjoying new X1 service but not without a small problem

I was watching the evening news and two TVs were tuned to the same channel and the kitchen TV occasionally tune back to the previous channel saying tuning error. It's a regular X1 box. The X1 DVR in the living room cut out occasionally as well too on the same channel. Is this a sign of a bad install or a problem with the channel.
