I purchased 2 Samsung GX-SM530CF Smart Media Players from Amazon and picked up 2 CableCards from the local Comcast office. Neither Samsung box will detect that either CableCard is installed.
Does anyone have Samsung GX-SM530CF running with a CableCARD on a Comcast system? Are special CableCARDs required? What am I doing wrong?
FWIW, Samsung instructions specify Single Stream CableCARD Interface (S-MODE of M-CARD)
The CableCARD provided by Comcast to me is a:
