Last night I had my X1 DVR reset no apparent reason. Then in the middle of the night while it was playing a Music Choice channel (I was awake) it reset again. Then I went to watch TV on one of the companion boxes (kitchen), it was frozen so I had to cut power to it and power cycle it. What could be the problem.
I'd call customer service but they'd just send another useless tech who believes the way to check signal is to use an app on his smartphone to take a reading from the box. The last tech didn't even hook a meter up.
