[Bill] Comcast has lied AGAIN and raised my bill $30 in a week

Once again Comcast made a promise to give me services at a reduced rate to make up for bad service. In less than a week they rescinded the offer saying it was "not authorized". They then shut my cable and internet off until I agreed to a package that was $30 more than the initial promise. I've filed with the FCC, BBB and the local cable franchise authority. The customer service is bad in a legendary way
