[Bill] So much for 24/7 Customer Service

I just called 800-Comcast to see if I could get someone in billing to give me another promo discount. After calling several times during day, only to have a hold time of over 25 minutes -- at least they're nice enough to tell you to waste all day being on hold -- I tried to call again, 10:45 pm on a Friday night, only to find out their billing office is now closed!
