I have Internet + Basic/HBO and HBO Go worked a few days ago, but now when I log in, select Comcast, redirect to Comcast, log in with my Comcast account, it says "We're sorry. We cannot process your order at this time. A subscription is required to view this program. Please call 1-800-COMCAST for assistance. Ref code ERR-36895 when calling."
I called yesterday, they said 24 hours somebody would call me back, but it's been more than that, and it still doesn't work, and nobody has called me back. Way to go, once again, Comcast.
