I have had Comcast internet for several years and recently I just received a self install kit for the basic cable TV. The problem I am having is the menu on the cable box shows an error code s0a00 which I believe is that the box is not activated. I called Comcast support and they said it is activated. When I installed it I ran a splitter from where it goes into the house and ran another coax from the splitter about 40 feet to the cable box. The internet is working fine. Anyone have an idea what I can check before I have to pay for a service call?
