I recently traded in one of my older companion boxes for the xi3. It is so much better than the old one however, it says it doesnt not "feature the rewind function" when i try to rewind live tv. I thought the xi3 had this ability. Also, after programming the 30 second skip, it worked for 1 day then went right back to the 5 minute skip. We had A TON of problems with the activation of this box and even had to have a tech come out to complete the process (switched boxes). Any ideas?
