Comcast's latest fraud is to move billing dates up. You pay for a month in advance. But then Comcast moves the billing date up 13 days and you pay for another month. So Comcast has now charged you for a full month of service and only provided 18 days of service. Multiply that by a few million customers and Comcast rakes in more money with their fraud. Jerks.
