For over a year now I am using my own equipment (Tivo Premier) and have been receiving a credit for $2.50 applied to my bill.
Since October 2015, Comcast now sends me a e-mail when they apply this routine credit. I'm not sure why or for what reason, they haven't previously in the past.
Anyone else seeing this credit e-mail notice being sent?
