So I got the X1 service when it came out in my area in mid 2013 and have the same boxes since then. Recently they have upgrade the remote terminals so that you can pause and rewind live tv; mine do not do this. Can I just go into a Comcast location and get these remote terminals exchanged out? Is it just a plug & play install? Do I have to change the main DVR?
