I have a hotel and Comcast is still giving me analog signal for my tvs while talking to a tech he said they have centralized MDTA convertible box. any way my problem is catv signal reading thru some post people recommended of by having -5dB to 6 dB signal to a tv I just bought a signal meter and hook up to an incoming signal from pole it read as 48.6 dBuv and F-- and 115 MHz so does it means I am getting 48.6 dB to my building ok so now when I see by pressing up and down on my meter I go for channel 32 which is my cnn now on top left I see 13.6dB and on next column it has 44.7 dBuv and on bottom left column it has 32 ch and on right it is 271.25 MHz so I believe that cnn is on that freq so my question is lots of my tvs are static snowy picture quality is poor is that I am getting too much signals?
