Since 5/11/16 both of my old-style Moto DVRs regularly lose the list of recordings. A reboot brings them back but this is effective for only a few hours. Calls to Comcast are not useful. The rep resets both boxes, but the positive effect is temporary. One rep did let it sneak out that there have been a recent uptick of customers with the same complaint. Trying to avoid a truck roll since they'll probably replace the boxes and I'll lose my extensive collection of saved shows.
Anyone have any additional information about this? I suspect it's a buggy software update but who knows?
