I noticed yesterday my CMT channel, both normal SD and HD channel, is showing a "Not Authorized" when the channel is selected. I have Digital Preferred so channels should be there. I rarely watch this channel so unsure how long it's been this way or if other channels may be showing similar.
Before I called I thought I would check with the Xfinity My Account app to see what options it offered. There is a troubleshooting button with an attempt to "Restart this Device." So far it doesn't seem to restart mine however. I do not see an option to send a Refresh signal.
If no solutions guess I will have to call.
