Apologies for the inconvenience, but we appear to be having an issue with QAM-based VOD services. This would be any video on-demand that you play off of a Set-Top-Box, such as X1 and Native/Legacy Set-Tops. Errors may be SRM-8111, XRE-3095, XRE-7002 or others. We have our team engaged on a triage call right now to resolve.
