Does Comcast try to restore Cable/Internet on "reported outages" for an area after normal business hours?
It seems like if your cable/internet goes out in the evening hours then you have to wait until the next day for service restoration when there is a "reported outage" for your area.
Most utility companies have a crew on duty 24 hours a day/7 days a week for service restoration.
