Okay so like I will start up the Xfinity app using the Roku Smartphone app and I'll plug my headphones into my Smartphone and it work's and sound's great. After 5 or so minutes the sound will go away and I'll get this app error telling me that there is an error with my Smartphone connecting to my Roku on my network and to check the connection. So I reboot my Wi-Fi router and that doesn't fix it Only when I reboot my Smartphone that the headphones will work with the Xfinity app but, after 5 or so minutes later the the sound will cut out all over again. On the other hand if I run any other app on my Roku the headphones work great on my Smartphone connecting to my Roku without the headphones cutting out or the Roku app having any Wi-Fi connection errors at all. I have checked to see if I have all the latest updates on both my Roku and Smartphone and sure enough I do have all the latest updates.
