Two problems:
Until about a week ago the "auto-play next episode" feature worked great. Now, after playing an episode, there's no popup window with a 20-sec countdown until the next episode plays. Instead it just exits back to the saved items menu.
The "want to delete" prompt that used to appear after playing a saved program no longer shows up. Again, it just exits with no chance to delete.
It may seem like a small thing, but this is very frustrating to a disabled family member. I can't start a set of shows for them and have them play until done. They have to reply calling on me after each program.
I hope this can be fixed soon. I have also called Comcast about this.
