So the Netflix app on my X1 box is very handy and I have been using it regularly with no problems until the last few weeks. Now, it keeps losing my user ID and password every day. I assume this is related to the X1 box doing it's daily reboot in the wee hours of the morning. I have contacted Comcast and all I get is "did you check the remember email box" on the login screen. Well, yes, I did and have been doing that every time the box loses my credentials. Does anybody know if this is a known problem? It really is a pain to keep typing in a 16 digit password made up of letters, numbers, and special characters every day and having to do it with the clunky interface on my X1 box.
