I am in my first month of my new Xfinity TV-Internet package and I been trying to buy the right cheapest package after my Verizon 2 yr plan contact expired and after asking them to give me a new customer offer they could not.
I had a triple play package with them but recently got the Direct TV Now 60- package for 35- from the promotion so I plan to use that for streaming and live channels from that package as needed.
My new plan comes with 100 channels and HBO as well as 100mbs Internet and 1 box forget the name of the box at this moment.
So now with phone service I got unlimited Vonage plan for $15 a month no contact.
I got my own modem to avoid 10 a month rental fees.
So as someone living on disability with the minimal funding this will be the best deal for me for a yr offer lasts and then I can look at other options then.
Fist thing that happened was getting my first bill from Comcast they tried to all kinds of install fees that were covered when I got my contact and after talking to 2 people as first person I had to ask for his supervisor and they fixed my billing problem.
Today I noticed that every station I was trying to watch was blurry a problem I noticed before but I dont use the TV with that boxed hooked up but the message was to call Xfinity to upgrade my services so I did and was told can get some HD channels for 9.99 monthly additional and the girl said that my current service does not include HD channels and I told her there is nothing I read that says this service you bought only covers SD channels and you have pay for the ones that can come in HD.
I not seen any other info so where is this written proof for me to read ? Thanks
