Me and my parents have the same plan... only difference is my parents don't pay ANYTHING for 7 Set top boxes... they have an X1 box and 6 of the mini boxes that talk to it via moca...
Their bill for boxes is $0 it's "included hardware"
my plan includes hardware also... but every time I talk to Comcast they tell me it's $9.95 per box, even the small extender boxes... and if I add them just to see I get billed for every one of them minus the initial one...
how can we be on the exact same plan (same name, same description, added to the account around the same time) and have two completely different billings? I'm not exactly sure how they get all free equipment either, if I call in for them they claim I can get unlimited free boxes... call in as me completely different story..?
