[X1] Recordings on DVR vs Numbers shown on Stream App

I've noticed this issue before but only recently took the time to dig a little deeper. I have the XG1v3 DVR and use(rarely) the Xfinity Stream App. I have quite a few Disney Jr shows recorded for my young granddaughter to watch. I notice there is a difference between what the DVR shows as recorded vs what the Xfinity App shows available. For instance on the DVR it shows: Puppy Dog Pals - 7 Mickey Mouse Clubhouse - 11 Little Einsteins - 49 plus a few other current recordings for a total of 69 which appears correct. However if using the Xfinity App on my phone or Tablet the numbers are not the same. Puppy Dog Pals - 7 Mickey Mouse Playhouse - 2 Little Einsteins - 24 plus the same few others for a total of only 35 recordings available. Now I realize when I am using the Stream App to watch a show I am not actually watching the content of the DVR itself but simply watching something stored in the Cloud. As I'm typing this I'm thinking what could be happening. I know that On Demand programming is only available for a certain length of time due to contractual negotiations. So perhaps some of these Disney Jr shows that were recorded months ago(this X1 box is not quite one year old yet) may not be available on demand anymore so the ability to view them using the Xfinity Stream App via Cloud basically makes them unavailable after a certain date. Any ideas?
