I am at wits end with Comcast. I have issues with my XI service that losses connection and is down several times a day. I have had tech out here lead tech and a supervisor out and it is still not fixed. (3 visits over last 10 days)
I called today to cancel my contract and they said I am locked in. How can this be if my service is not working? I am totally frustrated. Up to 3 weeks ago, I loved Comcast; now I am ready to throw all my equipment out the back window.
Any ideas how I can get out of this contract? Don't mention small claim court as that is a pipe dream.
