What if I were to get a Cablecard (I have an X1 setup so it would be $9.95 for the cablecard, which I would be paying out of pocket since my father is the account holder), get an old cablebox which would be SA/Cisco boxes that's pre-X1 from the internet (Yes, I am aware of the liability that many things would happen to me since I would be using equipment that's considered stolen) and insert the cablecard into it?
I would like to see what would happen with my service should this happen.

I'm literally curious of the results since I'm fascinated with cable technology (me being used to iGuide boxes when I was young and seeing them in operation at a friend's house).
I'm aware that some of you may be against this or for this. It really doesn't matter. I only ask to fill my curiosity.
