Noticed when I got home today that my X1 platform is showing various 'grey' boxes instead of graphics on the various menus ... guide menu, on-demand menu's etc ... all effected. The services are working fine and all the text info on the menus are there, but some of the graphics/pictures are not loading. My signal levels are fine and rebooting the box is fast but doesn't fix the issue.
Tech support mentioned there were some X1 issues but they aren't affecting my area. But, when I check the service outage map on the account website every area around me is lit up red ... but I'm green? Comcast confirmed my signal levels are good, but they have to set up a truck troll. Just doesn't seem to add up, as I think there's a bigger X1 issue going on.
Anyone else in Jersey or near Philly seeing strange X1 database glitches today?
