Our Comcast/Xfinity svc which used to include inet but is now only tv- we just got a statement claiming we had switched to auto-pay and paperless online statements.
But we have always been paper billing and payment by check, and have never changed from that.
Calling the Billing dept, they said that our payment options have not changed, and that they never sent any such statement to us.
Looking at the email though, the headers *look* indistinguishable from a legit Comcast email.
