We recently had a fire in our home and been living in temporary housing for the past 10 weeks. Comcast has been great. I returned all my equipment right after the fire because I knew we would not be staying in the house. For about two weeks we lived in a hotel and once were assigned temp housing, my mom signed up for Comcast. I completely forgot about all the movies I purchased over the years and thought they were lost. Comcast found them and were able to download them to our new account. (I never transferred the account, we closed one and opened a new one 3 weeks later.
Other times when we had questions or wanted to make changes due to a changing situation, Comcast has been there. I'm always first to complain when they screw up, so it's only fair for me to praise them too. Their customer service has been first class, even when I talk to someone overseas.
