My new Xi6 box was working quite well for a few weeks after installation. Aided by a nearby pod my wireless connection improved to the 30 - 35 power range instead of the previous 55 - 60 connecting directly to the router. Picture quality was outstanding.
About two weeks ago, the live tv on the Xi6 could not be accessed without first selecting and playing an on demand program.
But this Monday morning while the on demand menu could still be accessed and played from a black screen by pressing the Xfinity button on the remote, the live TV was no longer available.
A replacement Xi6 box did not fix the issue. Any thoughts from the knowlegable commenters herein?
