Does anyone on this forum know what this error code means. I had a working Comcast on demand before i signed up for the showtime package via the internet. After the package failed to load i called Comcast support and the gentleman got the showtime channels working. But I now have no on demand at all non whats so ever. All i get is the error code CL-17. Does anyone have any idea on what this code means , there is nothing on the internet that explains what is is. Oh nothing was touched on my Comcast setup the modem wasn't touched the cable box wasn't touched but after the customer service rep got done the on demand had went bye bye. There is just the error code CL-17 and a black screen.
