I installed the Xfinity app on two different android devices. I have 2 TV's. When I first installed it, it worked fine from either device on either TV. After about 2 days, it stopped working--both devices, both TV's. I opened up a ticket and explained the problem. They cut and pasted a routine uninstall, reinstall. I did that to no avail. I replied to the support ticket that it did not work. Support replied and told me to open a trouble ticket. WTF?
Has anyone had this issue and got it corrected? It's not a bad app if it would work, but Comcast's support is not going to have a solution.
