Questions about Installation before I Commit

I'm looking to get Xfinity with TV and Gigabit internet. My question is will the tech be able to do this kind of setup? Coaxial from outside --> split to two (1coaxial for cable tv, 1coaxial for modem/internet) ---> 3 TV (ethernet via modem/gateway) ---> 1 TV (via wirelessly) or Coaxial from outside --> modem/gateway --> 4 tv (via all wireless or combination of wireless and ethernet NOT COAXIAL). Is it doable? And can someone point me to Comcast rep that would know. Already tried to live chat with comcast and they want to open account then send someone and wouldn't answer my questions. I don't want to waste more people's time and have the tech not be in the house longer than they need to be and not have the right equipment for the situation. And I just want the most seamless setup without installing wires into my walls when I don't have to. Here's a longer explaination: So here's my situation. my townhouse (built in '70s) isn't wired for CABLE tv/internet. So a tech would need to get cable into the house (2nd floor). All the other rooms don't have coaxial jack. My question is what's the best, quickest, and easiest way to get internet and cable tv (4 rooms) into the house. What would be the best approach without fishing coaxial throughout the house? Basically, 2nd Floor - 1 bedroom will have tv and internet/gateway (where the jack to the outside would be installed), 2 bedrooms will have TV. 1st Floor - Family room with 1 TV. This is what I would like to have to get: -Internet - Gigabit speed (Chicagoland area) -XFI gateway with XFI advantage (unlimited data) -TV - Preferred (200+) -Foreign channel add-on -4 tv boxes (can they all be wireless) So how will the cable TV come in? #1 - Will incoming cable be split into two where one goes to modem/gateway and the other goes to the TV box (via coaxial) and the other 3 tv boxes connect wirelessly? Or #2 - Can it work like ATT U-verse, in that the incoming cable will go directly to the gateway/modem and then I can connect to the gateway the 4 TV boxes either wireless or through ethernet? Will it still allow me to get all the channels including the 1 foreign channel add-on? Also will the 4 wireless TV boxes able to watch 4 different channels (streams) at the same time? And how much will it impact my internet? Will they give me xb7 modem and the xi6 tv boxes? side note: I currently have U-verse internet/tv and it comes through the phone line goes through the modem and the tv boxes are wired to it via ethernet. If its more like #2 then the tech wouldn't have to spend to much time in my house (just get cable inside to the house) and wouldn't need a splitter. I can just set up the TV boxes and modem myself.
