I am trying to watch recordings on my X1 DVR (or cloud DVR) outside my home using the Xfinity stream app and keep getting an error that says "It looks like your device is offline" on my iPhone and desktop.
Is this an issue with my account or a broader issue others are experiencing? I realllllly don't want to have to call Xfinity customer service... please... 2020 is bad enough as it is... :)
