I contacted Comcast on 8/17 after I attempted to transfer my service online to my new construction home but was given an error message that my address does not exist. The address has still not been added to the system despit several phone calls and multiple promises that it would be completed. My lease is up on 8/29 and if I cannot successfully set up service by then I will have to cancel my service. I also work from home and will need to have internet in my new home. Please research this and resolve as soon as possible. My current service address is 6316 Oak Middle Ct#103 Richmond Va 23231. My new address is 1179 Oakland Rd Richmond VA 23231. I have also confirmed that service is available with Comcast when I entered in my neighbors address 1180 Oakland Rd the system will allow me to proceed with the transfer. please help! My ticket number previously given is 1792520
