I have noticed an issue with the XR15 remote. It appears to send a different OK code than the normal XMP code other Comcast remotes and boxes use. My XG1v4 works fine with it, but in some testing, a DTA did not recognize the OK key. I normally use a universal remote, and it works fine with the XG1v4, except for Amazon Prime. For AP, I have to use the XR15 for OK. As far as I can tell, that is the only case where it only works with the weird code. I also tried an XR2 and even one of those basic DTA remotes, and AP will not recognize OK with it either.
I have a JP1 programmable remote (RCA RCRP05B). I used another one to learn the XR15's remote code for OK. The directly learned code worked with Amazon prime, but when I tried to decode it and add it to my regular remote, it didn't work. Even after posting it to a JP1 forum, they said it was sending two different codes, neither of which is the normal OK.
