[Apps] Glitches in Cloud DVR or Xfinity Beta Streaming App for Roku

Twice recently I have had glitches that make watching a program on the Roku using the Xfinity Beta Streaming App unwatchable, but no apparent issues watching the local recording on the XG1v4-A. Most recently, "Weakest Link" (recorded 10/26/2020 at 10pm-11pm from KGW 708) played about ten minutes, then hit a patch that plays about 15 seconds, then acts like it is trying to get more data (circle with dots highlighting in sequence) for about 20 seconds, and then repeats what was just played. We tried watching it last night on the Roku and again this morning on the Roku. Before that, Supermarket Sweep (recorded 10/25/2020 at 8pm-9pm from KATU 702) would play about 15 minutes, and then there would be a long period of acting like it was getting more data (circle with dots highlighting in sequence), and if I wated long enough it acted like it was near the end of the recording, but it wasn't, audio would play but the picture was frozen. When I exited the information on that show indicated I had a negative three thousand and some odd minutes left to watch. Again, this played just fine on the XG1v4-A using the local copy. Other shows recorded on other channels seemed to have recorded ok and played back just fine both before and after attempting to watch the glitched recordings. Also, I had restarted the Roku, had the Roku check for software updates, and even restarted the gateway (modem/router), but no change. PS: The Roku is a Roku Ultra and it is Ethernet cable connected to the Gateway (modem/router).
