Spoke to a lady at comcast, I asked her if they had either horse racing channel, tvg or hrtv, here in New Castle, Delaware 19720, within 45 minutes to philly. The reason I ask, I looked at comcast local listing of channels, neither show up in any packages. Is she lying?? tried to call her back and ask what channel, no answer, left message. I don't think they have either channel. Any locals know, the truth????
