I called Comcast last night concerning this and they have a tech coming out on Sunday. Anyway, my normal TV channels are coming in fine. The On Demand menu has been fine along with the preview video they run in the corner of the screen. But when I select something to watch, the picture has been slightly pixelating and the sound randomly cuts out. I have two HD boxes, one with a DVR and the 2nd setup to access the DVR off the first and the issue is happening on both. The nice lady on the phone reset the secondary box as I had the primary setup for DVR recording within an hour of the call I made. She also had me unscrew the cable from the wall, leaving it for 30 seconds and screwing it back in. The problem is still there. I know in the past they had replaced a splitter (I have 3 TVs, the third is an old tube TV hooked up via a DTA box). I am in an apartment complex so my guess is the issue might be at the box outside.
Anyone else having issues lately?
