Comcast X2

I called Comcast and was actually entertaining ordering their service until they told me about the upgrade fees to pause live tv on every box.. Is it correct the X2 box can pause live TV on all the boxes without extra fees? And how can I know if my area has the X2? -- PRescott7-2097
