I just Upgraded to an X1 box (MX011ANM is this the latest model?) Anyway I noticed a bunch of minor but annoying problems. I talk to support about it. So far I got a $40 credit, Free HBO and Showtime for 3 months and Boost internet for 3 months. This was all in the first week. Some people may look down on it but I feel like I may as well take it if I can get it.
