MY question is why does Comcast customer service and Comcast itself go back on its promises and guarantees. When I came back to Comcast 4 months ago from WOW cable (which by the way is looking better to go back to) my 12 month supposedly guaranteed monthly pricing was suppose to be no more, and I repeat no more than $133.00 a month. Well guess what, the promise and guaranteed pricing is all BS because they are raising my monthly fee to $148.65 from $133. 85. Now do you think that I won't check back into going back to WOW cable. I am sure that they will give me a good package price to switch back so soon.. Broken promises do catch up to you sooner or later. Right now I am so disgusted with Comcast that its starting to make me ill. I always thought a promise is a promise. But I guess when it comes to Comcast a promise is a lie...
