[X1-X2] Completely Dissatisfied

I ordered the X1 system a month ago so that a relative who had recently moved in could access all recorded programs in her own room. From Day 1 there have been problems: * On-screen guide is virtually unreadable * Record, watch, and delete commands often disappear from the screen and/ or do not work at all. * System cuts off with no warning and reboots, thereby losing the program or recording being watched. * System is more expensive; my bill has increased dramatically, even though the customer service rep said it would not. * I plan to have Comcast pull this system out and return to the regular Comcast cable TV.
