As we've all noticed the X1 went out on Saturday and again on Sunday than again on Wednesday. I'm wondering if I should call in for the $20 inconvenience credit under the Comcast customer guarantee or will they automatically credit our accounts. How will they know who was affected.
I know they used to give a $20 credit if you had a problem with customer service (such as multiple truck rolls or multiple office visits).
