[X1-X2] Triple Garbage - X1 stinks, customer service stinks.

I've been a long time customer (over 10 years) of Comcast mainly because of their Internet service and what was available in my area at the time. I switched from a previous dish provider to Comcast triple play about a year ago. Every since then its been a absolute nightmare in regards to service for both phone and Cable television. Today 12/06/2014 I was disconnected 7 times by different Comcast customer service reps. Every time I called back I asked the tech to take my number in case we get disconnected and I never once received a call back even though they said they would call back. I didn't even receive the call back about the survey that I said I would do. My experience with the X1 is that this device and service is straight up "hot garbage". The DVR hard drive is incredible small and I'm constantly fighting with which shows to delete to make sure that I have enough space. This is 2014 for crying out loud. Other providers have a 1TB or 2TB hard drive. Another issue is that the latency has not improved and the response times are just to slow for the companion devices. The delay in the video and audio and the menu is so frustrating that I don't even watch TV in my theater room any longer. Whoever is training the customer service reps need to be fired asap. I have been having a chronic issue where I cannot watch my DVR recordings from any of my companion devices in both my bedroom and my theater room. Each time that I called in tonight I had customer service reps tell me that feature "is not supported or capable" on non DVR companion devices. I further explained that I'm not trying to pause live TV or record to the companion box. I'm just trying to access my recorded content. 5 out of the 7 customer service reps I talked to tonight told me that's not possible. I was even transferred to the billing department where a billing person also told me that's not possible. That is total garbage and a lie. Comcast has an article on their website dated Oct 24th, 2014 stating what I wanted to do (included below). They are all wrong and not trained consistently. I explained that no one would ever sign up for Comcast EVER!!! if that were the case. The reps went on and said I need to have a separate X1 in each room and that I would have to pay an additional $9/per room on top of what I'm already paying. I currently pay 174.00 for the X1 and 2 companion boxes for triple play. I have all the channels. They further explained that with the additional X1s that my bill would go up to 194.00. So I have wasted 3 hours of my time today with Comcast, I still cannot watch my DVR shows on my other boxes and now I'm sitting here writing this review which I never ever take the time to do so I know my frustration is beyond reparable. I hope everyone really takes the time to read this and think this through. I hope this review helped some people. Is the triple play really worth it? I know I will pay slightly more moving my service to other providers and having my services separate but what is ones time worth? Saving 20 dollars is not worth it anymore and I will be looking at moving all my services as early as Tuesday.
