The Regional Sports Fee from Comcast, another bull sh!t fee from my current bill.
Effective 1/1/2015, Comcast has itemized a Regional Sports Fee of $1.00 per month (excluding applicable taxes and fees) for customers receiving Expanded Basic/Digital Starter service tiers and above to offset rising costs of distributing regional sports networks. Digital Adapter Additional Outlet service fee will increase from $1.99 to $2.99 per month and Voice/Data modems will increase from $9 to $10 per month. However, we will waive these fee changes for current customers until 6/1/2015.
