Hello,
I am writing this post in the hope to find someone who can help me with our situation. We have moved into our new home which is a newly built home and our home is a part of the well-developed sub-division. Our section is new and some of the residents have already moved in. When I call COMCAST customer care to setup service, they say our address isn't valid since it is not showing up in their database. Rest of the developed sub-division has Comcast available.
It's been very frustrating to explain to them about our situation and get a solution. Customer care folks say what they see on their computer screen and don't really help in finding out when the service really be available. Every time, someone opens a ticket and tell me that someone will get back to me within 48 hours. I have never received any call from Comcast yet. I have been asking for contact information of the Engineering and Construction division who might be able to help.
We are without internet and TV and very disappointed with COMCAST's ability to resolve this matter.
Anyone else had similar situation? Any suggestions or feedback are very much appreciated.
