Keep loosing channels, sometimes it says you need to subscribe next time its no signal detected.
So I call comcast 3 times and finally they send a tech out.
Well I call and they connect me to the cablecard department and they say they can't see the card. Nothing we can do.
HIS STATEMENT....all they have to do is hit the card.
he calls them and in 2 minutes all is fine.
I thought until I get a bill for $89 for a tech....wtf
Now I again am loosing channels this time its no signal detected.
No we can't see the card we will have to send a tech.
I am NOT paying for another tech visit this is just wrong.
Do I just cancel the service or ???
